We’ve located the music from the trailer of Wall-E and Bee Movie. It’s a song from the soundtrack of the movie Brazil: ‘Central Services/The Office’ by Michael Kamen. You can download the song here:

Everyone that buys the Ratatouille videogame gets a closer look at the new Pixar movie Wall-E. Luckilly JV from JV Pixar News captured the clip so we can also enjoy it.
“Wall-E is a product of the buy n large coorporation, all rights reserved. Wall-E is not designed to function under water, in lunar gravity or in active lava flows. For a demonstration of Wall-e’s many other functions please visit any buynlarge showroom or voice command your hollowscreen to www.buynlarge.com.”
Sadly this site doesn’t work. The domaine is registered by the company Tucows. They will probably jump for joy when they ‘ll soon receive all this extra publicity!
Update: Apparently Tucows is the registration company that registered the domain for Disney. So Disney is the domainname holder for www.buynlarge.com

On youtube you can find a short clip of Emile from Ratatouille who is doing some athletics.
Emile astonishes the viewers with his magic tricks.

I didn’t notice it until now, but there are 3 movies of which 2 competing animation movies that use the same music in their trailer. Bee Movie, Wall-E and Michael Moore’s Sicko all use the same song! I think it’s a variation of that famous Brazilian samba song which you can listen to here. If anybody knows the specifics of the song, you are very welcome to share the information.
Strange?

Great news! The first teaser of Wall-E is out. The clip starts with a flashback to all the different projects of Pixar and in the end you can see a little bit of Wall-E and hear his voice!

Today the new attraction ‘Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage’ opened in Disneyland, California. It’s a drastic remake of the old ‘Submarine Voyage’ that wasn’t in use any more since 1998. In this new version you will get fantastic view on the world of Finding Nemo. You’ll make a journey in a submarine through colourful reefs, old ruins and an exploding volcano. You’ll come eye to eye with Bruce the shark, Dory, Marlin, Nemo and the other characters of the Oscar winning movie.
A nice video about the ride you’ll find here (OCRegister). If you’re more interested in what the stars that were present today (like Courtney Cox, Rosanna Arquette and Brooke Shields) thought about it, click here.

Today word’s got around that Pixar is working on a new movie due for release on June 12th 2009. The title of the movie will be ‘Up’. Not much else is known about this project, besides that probably Pete Docter will be involved. He is one of the writers of Toy Story and Monsters inc.

After the successful showing of the exhibition “Pixar: 20 Years of Animation” in Scotland, it now moves to Australia.
From June 28th until October 14th 2007 the exhibition will take place in the Australian Center For The Moving Image(ACMI) in Melbourne. During this exhibition you can have a look behind the scenes of the development of animation movies from Pixar, like Finding Nemo, Toy Story, Cars and The Incredibles.
More than 500 sketches, paintings and sculptures that were produced during the creation of the movies will be available for viewing. There will also be an interactive journey that takes you through the different stages of developing an animated movie.
If you are in Melbourne during that period, I would certainly pay this exhibition a visit. Tickets cost 15 Australian Dollars for adults.
